  • Rinse thoroughly after each use, rubbing the cleaned area with a sponge and towel dry after each use to prevent mineral deposits from the water from building up on surface.
  • Recommended cleaning product is "White Oil" A pharmaceutical grade stainless steel cleaner, polish and protector for use after general clean and wipe down.  This product only has to be used once a week to even once a month depending on how much the surface is being used.
  • Spray a mist of "White Oil" on a quality towel or cotton rag. Wipe down the surface going with the grain of the stainless steel.
  •  Avoid soap and chemical based products (raw form or product containers) being left on any Stainless Steel surface for lengthy periods, as strong acids can damage the surface.
  • "Cleanliness is essential for maximum resistance to corrosion".

  • Things to remember Avoid hot pans and other hot cooking equipment coming in contact with corian as this may harm the surface and remember always use a cutting board.
